Craig O’Connor

The person who inspects your pool is the person who answers your questions.

I am a NSW registered certifier specialising in swimming pool inspections. I work directly with property owners across Sydney and the surrounding regions.

Direct, practical advice

Pool compliance is technical, but the conversation should not be. I explain what I am checking, what I find and what it means for your property. If something needs attention, you receive a precise answer rather than a reference to a clause and an invitation to work it out yourself.

Why I work directly with owners

The owner is responsible for the pool and engages the certifier. Working directly keeps the instructions, findings and certificate record clear. Your agent, conveyancer or property manager can still receive the documents, but you remain informed throughout the inspection.

What I will and will not do

I will make straightforward corrections during the visit where the work is appropriate and can be completed safely. I will not disguise structural work as a minor repair or promise a certificate before the pool has been inspected. If a fence, gate or building element needs specialist work, I tell you plainly.
