Who handles your information
Residential Consulting Services Pty Ltd trading as Sydney Pool & Spa Compliance, ABN 53 667 633 696, handles information submitted through this website.
What is collected
The booking form collects your name, property address, phone number, email address, reason for the inspection and any message you provide. The server also uses a one-way hash of the connecting IP address for spam and rate-limit controls. The raw IP address is not written into the booking record.
Address lookup
When it is available, the address field on the booking form uses Google Places to suggest Australian addresses as you type. The partial address you type is sent to Google for that lookup under Google's own terms; it is not stored by us beyond the enquiry you submit.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess the inspection request, arrange the visit and keep a record of the enquiry. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
How it is stored
Submitted enquiries are kept in protected systems with access limited to authorised people who need the information to respond or deliver the service. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Disclosure
Information may be disclosed where required by law, to service providers needed to operate the website, or with your consent. Inspection and certificate information may also be entered on the NSW Swimming Pool Register as required by law.

The booking form uses a short-lived session cookie for security and error handling. The site does not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
